SEND Code of Practice

This five module course provides four CPD hours, and comprehensively covers:

Module 2 - Establishing effective partnerships across education, health and care
Module 3 - Education, Health and Care assessments and Plans
Module 4 - Maintaining and reviewing the EHC Plan
Module 5 - Children and young people in specific circumstances
