Recognition of Prior Learning 
RPL is only available for courses studied via distance learning (online). Module exemptions for students, if applicable will usually be given at the beginning of a programme following an assessment of that student’s prior learning (whether certificated or un-certificated). The maximum exemption given per course is 100 credits or 5 modules.
The course fee is reduced by 5% for each 20 credits (modular) exemption. The RPL application fee is £75. This fee is non refundable but fully deductible from your course fee if your application is successful.
