Performance and Reward Management
The aim of this workshop is to develop participants’ understanding of the principles and practices of performance and reward management in corporate contexts. Participants will acquire both theoretical and practical understanding of the diverse approaches to reward management and be able to critically reflect on the strengths and limitations of these approaches.
